Alarm Notifier will not start

Recently installed Spectrum on our network and we are not able to get Alarm Notifier to start. We get the error below when we try to start it. 

$ ./AlarmNotifier.exe

Multiple Landscapes Mode
SPECTRUM Alarm Notification Manager Enabled

AlarmNotifier: 08:43:48 02/08/19 - The VNM Landscape Map contains no landscapes. A possible reason is that you do not have user and/or host access.
User wasn't defined in the Spectrum application. After registering the user in Spectrum the AlarmNotifier.exe runs successfully.
