Alarm Filter not deleted

Deleting an Alarm Filter by an "administrator" that another user created will disappears at first, but after a short time it is coming back - In which way can this Alarm Filter be deleted by an "administrator"?

This problem happens when the user is currently logged into the OneClick console and has selected the Alarm filter - Make sure that this user does not have the Alarm Filter selected when the "administrator" is deleting the filter or delete Alarm Filter only when the user is logged out.
