Alarm filter in Spectrum Web Client not seen in the Spectrum OneClick console for the same user.

Issue:

When the user logs into the Spectrum Web Client, he sees an alarm filter that he does not see when he logs into the Spectrum OneClick console.

Cause:

The Preferences for the User model are corrupted.

Resolution:

Please do the following to clear up the User Preferences:

1. Log into OneClick as the user 

2. Select View Preferences from the top level menu 

3. Click on the Reset Defaults button 

4. Click on the Apply button 

5. Click on the OK button
