Agent showing offline with the following error in nimi.log:

Environment:
Release Automation - All versions
Resolution:
The error can happen due to multiple reasons.

1. Network communication problems
2. Name resolution issue
3. Incorrect supernode configuration in nimi_config.xml file on the machine
4. Incorrect routing defined in the Execution Server properties (within Automation Studio) of the Execution Server the agent reports to
5. Incorrect permissions on the Release Automation folders
