Agent Rollout fails on RHEL7 with error "error scp: protocol error: mtime.sec not present"

When Rollout agent, the Job UC4_RF.UC_AE.INSTALL_AGENT@UNIX fails with the following report:

Root Cause: The problem is space between 'T' and in above command which causes it to throw the error in RHEL7.
Resolution:
Since ARA version 5 is out of maintenance, there will not be an official fix for this problem. If facing this issue, contact support to request a DEV-Build for this problem.
