Agent reports Username/password error

Question:

We are unable to run jobs on a specific Windows agent as any domain users.

We see errors like to following:

 

Tue Apr 11 09:13:43 2017 CAWA_I_20008 Agent version: CA Workload Automation Agent for Microsoft Windows R11.3 Build 413

Tue Apr 11 09:13:43 2017 CAWA_I_20010 The local security is bypassed

Tue Apr 11 09:14:03 2017 CAWA_E_20020 Logon failed for userx due to: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password..Error code: 1326

 

Environment:
Workload Automation AE 11.3.xPlatform - WindowsDatabase - ANY
Answer:

If the Workload Automation AE machine is running on Windows and the jobs run under users that belong to a Windows network domain, you must add the opsys: windows attribute to the machine definition.
