During the course of investigation for why a process is not connected, errors such as the following are observed in the Agent/WP/CP log files:
U02000012 Connection to Server 'x.x.x.x:xxxx' denied.
Connect-Error: 10061 (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)
Why is this error being reported by Automic?
How can we resolve this issue?
These error messages are reported by Automic from the OS, and not caused by our software. Generally, we observe these errors when there is a new firewall in place (or the rules changed), anti-virus software (such as McAfee), or a network outage. We suggest having the network/administration team look into the reported time frame, as they may be able to tell more about what was happening on that system.
