The agent cannot be started via Service Manager or System overview.

The following error message appears: 
Service Manager call not executed for ' ': host not linked to Service Manager or lookup already done.

The agent is not linked to the Service Manager.
Link the agent to the Service Manager.
  • Right click on the agent in client 0
  • Open
  • Click on the Agent entry¬†
  • Fill out the missing Service Manager information, i.e.
