Issue:
After upgrading to Spectrum 10.2.3, Jaspersoft Reports are not loading properly. Report parameters are taking a long time for some reports and also the Input Control Panel is not populating properly.
Environment:
Spectrum 10.2.3
Resolution:
This is a known issue due to a security string check while loading the report parameters.
