After upgrading Spectrum OneClick to 9.3 H01, CA Performance Center is displaying a Synchronization error

Check for the following errors in the tomcat log:

Windows: $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stoud.log
*nix: $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out

In this case Axis2 did not deploy correctly.

Solution:

On the OneClick Web Server:

Stop the Spectrum Tomcat server

Go to the $SPECROOT\tomcat\webapps

Remove or rename the following 2 subdirectories:
Axis2
introscope-wssdk-consumer

Start the Spectrum Tomcat server

One the Tomcat server has restarted you will notice in the $SPECROOT\tomcat\webapps directory the axis2 and introscope-wssdk-consumer directories will be recreated. Verify the status in Performance Center changed to successful.
