After upgrading CA Symdump CICS from CICS 4.2 to 5.2 they receive error message CASD7418.

Issue:

After upgrading CA Symdump CICS r 9.1 from CTS 4.2 to CTS 5.2 the client receives the following error messages when some dumps are captured. 

CASD7418 Recursive XDUREQ and

CASD7436 IN69SYMZ unknown failure

Environment:
Z/OSCTS 5.2
Cause:

The client forgot to use the CA Symdump CICS 5.2 RDO entries as part of the upgrade. The client was using the CTS 4.2 RDO entries.

Resolution:

The client migrated the CTS 5.2 table entries and removed the r 4.2 entries which resolved the problem. The table entries are located in PDS HLQ. CABAJCL(CSDSYM69).
