After Upgrade to 12.2 Workprocesses are sending out errormessage: U00003102 Unable to connect client [Systemdata], reason: '13 - Permission denied'

Issue:
After the Upgrade of CA Automic Automation Engine to 12.2, following error message appears on every Work process in 2 minutes sequence:
 
U00003102 Unable to connect client '[SYSTEMNAME,WP#,IP_ADDRESS]', reason: '13 - Permission denied'.

 
Environment:
CA Automic Workload Automation, Automation Engine 12.2
The issue can occur on Windows and Unix Environments.
Cause:
The issue is related to a bug on the Automation Engine Workprocesses.
Resolution:
This issue will be fixed with a Hotfix for Version 12.2. which will be available soon.
