After the Common Services for z/OS r14.1 CAS9 task starts and ends at IPL time it does not clean up the CSA it used.

Issue:
At IPL time,  after CAS9 executes successfully, it is not cleaning up CSA.  
 
Environment:
Common Services for z/OS r14.1 executing in a z/OS environment.  
Cause:
CAS9 is executed at IPL time and when it is finished, there appears to be "orphaned" CSA.  
Resolution:
This is normal and CAS9 is working as designed. Common Services is used as an "anchor point' for other CA products to use and the storage left after CAS9 terminates is uesd for this purpose. Any attempt to clean it up will result in unpredictable results either by Common Services itself and/or any other CA Product or solution that requires the use of this CSA.
