After rebooting SPS, SPS doesn't listen on SSL Port. I need to start SSL manually to get SPS processing SSL request

Issue:

I'm running SPS, this one has problem to handle ssl request and shows

  error :

  Sat Jun 24 12:57:15.537152 2017] [core:error] [pid 2004:tid 1696]

  [client 10.236.160.254:22127] AH00126: Invalid URI in request

  OPTIONS GET HTTP/1.0

  To fix the issue I ran command :

  "E:\\Program Files (x86)\\CA\\secure-proxy\\httpd\\bin\\httpd.exe"

  -d "E:/Program Files (x86)/CA/secure-proxy/httpd" -D SSL

  But when I reboot the virtual machine, then the issue is

  reproduced again and I have to run the above command to get the server

  accepting SSL.

How can I configure SPS to start listening on SSL port at boot time of the machine ?

Environment:
2 SPS 12.52SP1CR01 on Windows 2008R2; SPS jvm 1.7.0_71 32bit;
Resolution:

  On SPS Windows OS, run command :

  c:\> configssl.bat -enable

  in order to configure the Microsoft service to start SSL

  when starting SPS;
