Checklist mentioned below might be helpful.
- Log in to CMC, then add Service Desk as a part of universe designers and Administrators.
- Re-test and connect with ODBC to the database. Verify the connectivity through ODBC.
- Restart BOXI, tomcat and CMS services.
- Login to Unicenter service desk -> Navigate to Options Manager-->Web Reports-> Verify all the option, specially bo_server_location. Ensure that there is slash (/) at the end of URL.
- Restart Unicenter Service Desk service.
