After enabling JasperReports 6.3 integration - spectrum reports and folders are missing

Issue:

The Jasper Integration was successful, but the spectrum folder is missing under the JasperReports 6.3 Repository.

Environment:
CA Spectrum 10.2 and JasperReports 6.3
Cause:

In the C:\Program Files\CA\SC\CA Business Intelligence\apache-tomcat\logs\SpectrumProxy.log file, the following error was found:

2016-12-23 12:57:35,752 [http-apr-8080-exec-9] ERROR com.aprisma.spectrum.app.reporting.spectrumproxy.servlets.ActionController {} 15026166 - login failed for user superuser

 

As the Jasper Admin Password seemed to be already typed, it was not re-typed when enabled the Jasper Integration.

 

 
Resolution:

Delete the password located in the password field.

Type in the proper superuser password.  Default password is "superuser".

The integration will now be both successful and upload the Spectrum specific data.
