AE OEBS connection - unable to connect with database

One of JOBP which is not able to start.It give an error that "unable to connect with database".
However i check DB and it is working fine and serving to other applications very perfectly.
Check connection and respective RA agent => request timeout.
Check the DB user that being use in the OEBS Agent Connection object. 
Try to use this user to connect to the DB from Agent server by using other SQL client like sqlplus. 
If it fail to connect by any reason. Please check it with your DBA.
