By using AWI, even it in the same client,some users can search, some cannot.
Checking user/user group authorization setting. Some rows of NAME column have no value.

This is a known bug.
- Fill in the BLANK- NAME with a '*' those row and log out/login your user. Then you should can search object as usual.
- Upgrade to AE 12.1.2 or 12.2.
