Introduction:
This article explains why an administrator is unable to view clear card number in the transactions report downloaded from CA Transaction Manager Admin Console and how to get the privilege for viewing the full card number.

Answer:
  • By default, any issuer admin will not be having access to view the clear card number in CA Transaction Manger Admin Console
  • For which customer has to provide the list of admin-ids for whom clear card number visibility access is required
  • Then Respective Account Project Manager from CA will be publish a ZERO-DOLLAR SOW request for this activity and the ETA would be 1 week
  • Once CA receives the signed SOW request from an issuer, The project manager from CA will work with internal teams to enable the privilege.
