This document provides a brief overview to enable Admin ID if they are unable to view Cases/Queues in Case Management tab in CA Risk Analytics Admin Console .
This document guide how to enable view for any Admin/Admin's if they are unable to view Work on tab under Case Management in CA Risk Analytics Admin Console.
A. Firstly, Admin should be assigned to correct organization name.
B. Secondly, if Admin is assigned to correct organization name and still not able to view the cases.
Note: Follow the steps & search for Admin ID who are able to view Cases/Queues under Case Management in CA Risk Analytic Admin Console and then assign the same Organization name & queue name for the Admin who are unable to view the cases.
