Issue:
ADE is unable to deploy robots in our windows servers using SMBv2 or SMBv3.
We have disabled SMBv1

ERROR in logs :

ERROR AbstractDeploymentStrategy - Error encountered during command Copy: jcifs.smb.SmbException: Failed to connect: V12NSDAWISQLPPA/10.64.20.96
jcifs.util.transport.TransportException
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
Environment:
UIM 8.5.1
automated_deployment_engine 8.5.1
Resolution:
The current version of the automated_deployment_engine 8.5.1 needs the SMBv1 protocol. Currently, SMB2/3 is not supported.

An alternative you have is using a third-party software distribution tool (for example, Yum or Altiris). General instructions for configuring such a tool are located here:
