Root Cause: Cllicking 'Apply' between adding components to a new Process flow results in a 'Duplicate' error. This is a bug.
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

This only occurs the first time a second Component is added to a Process Flow and Apply/OK is selected. Closing/reopening or continuing to build Process Flow will not be met with the same error.
