CA PIM ENTM All: AD search route modification failed

Question:
Customer import missing ac-dir.xml via IDMManager for changing searchDN. He got following error and he cannot move to directory configuration for import or so.
The following error(s) occurred.
・The object could not be found. It may have been deleted by another user
Please let him know how to fix it.
Environment:
OS: Windows All
Prod: CA Privileged Identity Manager r12.8 or later for Enterprise Management Server
  CDB: ORACLE /SQLServer
  User store: ActiveDirectory.
 
Answer:
Please update some column at CDB.
1- Stop JBoss and all Enterprise Management related services.  
2- In SQL, find the table IM_DIR_CONNECTION
3- In the table, the field that contains the connection information is LDAP_SEARCH_ROOT. Update that to the proper string.
4- Start ENTM services and JBoss. 5- Test that you are able to login and access ac-dir
