Post CA PPM Upgrade all Ad-hoc Views started failing with:
Server Error - exception getting dataset from cache
CA PPM SaaS and CA PPM On Premise
When upgrading Jaspersoft and advanced reporting content, the domain data that is imported can get corrupted sometimes.
- Run the Restore Domains job with Content Pack 'CSK' to restore the domains to their original state and dynamically update these domains with the appropriate custom objects and attributes.
- Once this Job completes successfully rerun Load Data Warehouse job with (Full Load) option.
NOTE: The Restore Domains Job does not complete if you do not have the right Jaspersoft Server configured.
Important! CA PPM SaaS customers on versions 14.4 and 15.1 must apply either 220.127.116.11 patch or 18.104.22.168 patch respectively to use the Restore Domains Job.
