Error message ACFD2301 INTERNAL ERROR; DB2 CVT COULD NOT BE FOUND
received from job DB2CDC1 (IBM Change Data Capture product).
Also ACF2/DB2 violation messages for database and table resources.

DB2CDC1 ACF04056 ACCESS TO RESOURCE GRP1RDBDB007 TYPE DDBS BY DB2USER NOT AUTHORIZED
DB2CDC1 ACF04056 ACCESS TO RESOURCE GRP1RDBDB007.ACC_TYP TYPE DTBL BY DB2USER NOT AUTHORIZED

Resolution:
DSNX@XAC is being called by IBM's Change Data Capture for z/OS from a non-DB2 environment.
It is our understanding that this is the only product we have seen that is issuing the calls.
his message can be ignored.

There is no exposure if this message is ignored.

The message is only put out if there is a violation for a DB2 subsystem that is not active - you could just ignore this message.

The problem is caused because the subsystem id request in the call to DSNX@XAC is a GROUP id and not an actual subsystem.

The message is issued because ACF2/DB2 is trying to ascertain whether a particular resource violation should be processed or being ignored - by checking for the CONTROL(DB2) OPTS record for the region..
Additional Information:
The Control(DB2) OPTS record has the following format

PROD / OPTS LAST CHANGED BY USER03 ON 05/27/18-09:22
                 ACTIVE BPLMODE(LOG) CONMODE(LOG) DBSMODE(LOG) FNCMODE(LOG)
                 GSYSID() JARMODE(LOG) PLNMODE(LOG)
                 PRCMODE(LOG) ROLMODE(LOGO) SCHMODE(LOG) SEQMODE(LOG) STGMODE(LOG)
                 SYSMODE(LOG) TBLMODE(LOG) TSPMODE(LOG)
                 TYPMODE(LOG)
The value for each mode is either RULE, LOG, QUIET or ABORT.
