Environment:
ACF2 for Z/OS 2.3 Release 16.0

Cause:
The ACF89810 error message could be caused by either picking up any ACF2 R15 Linklib/ LPA libraries or not copying runtime library properly
Resolution:
1. Verify if all z/OS 2.3 compatibility fixes are on with CA ACF2 R16.

2. Verify if DSN SYS1.NUCLEUS contains module CSVSBRTN. Make sure its current and look for any eyecatcher.

3. Verify SYS1.CAI.ACF2R16.CAX1LPA for module ACF89CDE. What is the RMID? It Should be current. At this moment it is RO95218
For example:

Note: If ACF89CDE is not found in CAX1LPA then look for it in AAX1MOD0 library.

4. Make sure your runtime library is upto-date and while copying nothing is missing or out of sync.
