Access required for CA OTP Mobile App

Question:
We are using CA servers for our company for the end users. 
The end users must use the APP: CA Mobile OTP but why CA Mobile OTP needs access to: 
- Device & app history 
- Device ID and call information 

Can you please let me know the reason for it?
Answer:
* Device & app history and Device ID and call information are permission groups which are shown when one or more permission pertaining to that permission group is required. 
* These permission groups are shown because we require permission to access Log data and Network information on the application.
