Please follow the below steps:
1. Fill and sign the attached CA SAAS IP Address Form with details of Admin Console URL and IP's to be whist-listed.
2. Open a case for CA Support using http://support.arcot.com .
3. Attached IP Address form will be reviewed and processed upon necessary approvals.
