ARD has 4 numbers for version.
For example, 2.4.000.9.
| 2|| Version|
| 4|| Release (Minor Version)|
| 000|| Function Level|
| 9|| Build|
If function Level is 000, it means GA release.
If a function is added to GA release, function level will be 100, 200, and more. These functions may be beta and implemented temporarily.
Specially, if function level is 900, it means release candidate (beta) for next release. If version number is like 2.4.900.20, it means 2.5 beta.
Build number means patch level. So, if you tell us including build number when you contact CA Support, we can understand exact version.
