Question:

When customer update rule in Advanced Policy Management ( A.K.A APM ), where does it update history record in?

Environment:
OS: AllProduct: CA Privileged Identity Manger for Enterprise management All version.
Answer:

APM is based on Policy Model Database(PMD) and Subscriber architecture.

So, all database update event is recorded in audit log on PMD.

 

Please check following files via seaudit command.

Server Side: 

  C:\Program Files\CA\AccessControlServer\APMS\AccessControl\Data\DMS__\pmd.audit

  C:\Program Files\CA\AccessControlServer\APMS\AccessControl\Data\DH__\pmd.audit

 

Endpoint Side:

  C:\Program Files\CA\AccessControl\Log\seos.audit
