APF-authorize the Datacom library defined on the //DBLIB DD statement. This is where Datacom will look to load the DBSVCPR module from. This module will not be loaded from any STEPLIB or LINKLIST concatenation, nor the LOADLIB parameter defined on the initialization statement. Only the initialization module, DBRIMPR, will be loaded from either the LOADLIB, STEPLIB, or LINKLIST in that specific search order.
Note that it is possible to include L= (or LSFX=) on the PARM statement to specify a suffix value to be appended to the DBLIB DDname. If you are using this value, be sure to check the appropriate library. Please refer to your Datacom documentation for further details on how to load the Datacom SVC using CAIRIM.
