Introduction:
System performance can be improved if abended transactions, loops and other abnormal processing conditions are detected promptly in a DC/UCF system.
The following mechanisms exist within a DC/UCF system to detect this kind of abnormal processing :
- External Wait Time
- Inactive Interval
- Internal Wait time
- Resource Timeout Interval
- Runaway Interval
- Deadlock Detection Interval
- Ticker Interval
