Troubleshooting – CA PAM Documentation Items
Request from customer the follow types of documentation:
1.Provide output for MAABUPIV Job execution.
2.Complete Job LOG (including JCL) for your AAM STC.
3.USS directory listings where you have has installed the MFA files.
4.Send logging Files: Logback.xml logs, rsa_api_debug.log, and rsa_api_log.
5.Verify that the .JAR files were transferred via BINARY format into USS directory.
6.Provide security listing for AAM STC ACID|LID (i.e., info on OMVS home assignment, UID…)
7.Content list of rsa_api_properties file, STDENV, MFAPARMS, MAINARGS.
