Description :All agents stopped suddenly working when their token got expired
 
Environment:

OS Version: Any OS where the token server is supposed to run

Root Cause: The sldtkd.dat file got corrupted and was no longer usable
 
Resolution:
The sldtkd.lic file has to be reloaded on the token server. It this license file is no longer available ask for the file to be regenerated.

Copy the new .lic file onto the token server in its installation folder.
Restart the token server, this will create a new .dat file.
Restart all agents. This can be done from the console since version 5.60

- Select one of the agents from the list of monitored objects
- Right click on one of them and select Manager Start/Stop
- Select option start Agent - Collector
- Click then on the down arrow to complete the list of agent to start.
- Select all agents to restart and click then on "Run Now"
- The collectors should start and retrieve their token correctly after this operation
