Description :"Script" type resource allows launch of conditioned job only after the time of a scan of the resource.
The script is launch at the launch of the job, but the job has to wait for next resource check (depending on scan frequency) to start.
If "time validity" of the resource is set to a value lesser or equal to the scan frequency, job will never start.
