Resolution:
- Check the segment size of ipc with command :
ipcs -am
checking field "SEGSZ".

- Use sar -b and kmeminfo to check buffer cache impacts and tune it to a good setting.

- However, latest patch for Dollar Universe may grant improvement in memory management, so upgrade to last patch could be helpful.
