Description :CMD-type uprocs run in 32-bit despite running from a 64-bit instance for Windows

Create a batch file with a 'timeout /t 120'; call it something like test.bat.
Create a CMD-typ uproc and point it to test.bat
Run the uproc via UVC.
On the Windows server, open Task Manager. Add column "Command Line" into the view.
You will see a "cmd.exe *32" started by uxstr.
