Root Cause: Configuration issue: the user of the Active Directory that starts the service Sysload Management Server did not have the rights to create the subfolder audittrail on the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\sysload\sldmgts"
Resolution:
Add Full Control rights for the user that starts the service sldmgts on the SP Analyst Management Server installation folder
