A Job with REQUEST JOB condition type intermittently fails with a FIN-DB ERROR status.

After upgrading to AM v8.0.15 SP15 or AM v9.0.1 SP1 some jobs that have a REQUEST JOB condition occasionally fail and go into a FIN-DB ERROR status in the backlog.  You will see errors similar to these in the RmiServer debug log:

Changes made in v8.0.15 and v9.0.1 to the following SQL scripts caused the intermittent issue with jobs with REQUEST JOB conditions only:
