A field label of a ticket in xFlow Analyst Interface screen shows wrong Japanese translation. It seems it was not fixed by the Cumulative #4 patch, though it is on the Fixed List.

Issue:

A field label of a ticket "Last Modified" in xFlow Analyst Interface shows wrong Japanese translation as per below. According to the Cumulative #4 Fixed List, it can be fixed by Cumulative #4 - "DE27922: Incorrect localization for the ‘Last Modified’ label on the card layout in xFlow Analyst UI.". However, it looks still the problem has persisted even after the Cumulative #4 patch was installed.

Cause:

If you have not completed the Post Installation - "Post Install Step after Installing CA Service Desk Manager 14.1.04 in Japanese", the problem is not fixed after the Cumulative #4 patch is installed. 

Resolution:

Please follow the steps stated on Post Install Step after Installing CA Service Desk Manager 14.1.04 in Japanese after you install the Cumulative #4 patch.

  1. Open the Command Prompt and move to the (Service Desk)\patches\cum4 folder.
  2. Run the following command to load the data from data_USRD_3633.dat file.

       pdm_load -f data_USRD_3633.dat

  3. Clear the browser caches. You will see an appropriate field label as per below.
