When creating an Analysis Report in RA/NFA and clicking on "Add Interface Filter" a 500 Error is thrown, stating:
"There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed"
1)Open the RA/NFA Web page and go to the Administration->Enable Interfaces page.
2)Search for any Routers with a name that says "NULL".
3)If you find any routers with "NULL" as the name, delete that device and try creating the Analysis report again with the Interface Filter and it should work.
An easy way to find the routers with a "NULL" value for the name is to either run the SupportCIG for RA 9.0 and earlier or run the CA Remote Engineer Tool for NFA 9.1 or newer.
In the SupportCIG output look at the RA_Routers.txt file in the "Reporter info" folder and search for any devices that have a blank value for "routerSysName".
In the Remote Engineer output look at the same file RA_Routers.txt in the base directory of the Remote Engineer output file and look for a blank value in the "sysname" column.
Then search for those IP addresses in the Admin->Enable Interfaces screen and delete the device as mentioned above.
