When we click the tabs when logged in on the Win 2012 or Win 2016 Servers, nothing happens. Using the same IE 11 Browser on a Win 2008 Server, it works correctly. I did check and compare IE settings. It does not appear to be a application issue, since it works from another workstation.
The customer needed to add the Web Viewer as a trusted site to IE11, Internet Options, Security settings, and also enable Protected Mode.
